Why We Love This Roast
Here’s our light roast house blend! It’s intended to be used as a bright yet balanced and sweet espresso, or as a superb filter coffee. This blend is very intentionally roasted light, but is developed enough to make it easy to extract without transmitting any hint of roasty flavor to it–no sour shots or brews here!
This blend is filled with all the goodness that makes coffee so delicious–brown sugar, caramel, toasted nuts, dates, berries, citrus, stone fruits, chocolate, and even some delicate florals. We enjoy it on automatic drip machines, V60, Chemex, Kalita, AeroPress, French Press, and more!
