Why We Love This Coffee
Get yourself some Holiday Vibes this year–the eighth iteration of our holiday blend! No blender fillers here: there are only two components to this blend, and both are stunning single origin coffees, 50% Tolima, Colombia (Black Condor Anaerobic Natural) and 50% Sidama, Ethiopia (Buncho Honey) and it quite literally tastes like the holidays. Blends often get looked down upon, but, when done right, the sum can be more than its parts. In this case, the Colombian component provides the big time berry and red wine flavors, which are complemented beautifully by the bright strawberry lemonade-like acidity of the honey Ethiopian. The florals from the Ethiopian also transform the overall flavor profile from just being bright, fruity wine to something more like mulled wine. Happy Holidays!
