Welcome to our flagship light roast blend. This blend is intended to be used as a bright but also balanced and sweet espresso, or as a superb filter coffee, no matter which brewing method you prefer. We enjoy it on automatic drip machines, V60, Chemex, Kalita, AeroPress, French Press, and more! This blend is very intentionally roasted light, but developed enough to make it easy to extract (no sour shots or brews here), without imparting any hint of roasty flavor to it. There's just a little bit of all the good stuff that makes coffee so great - brown sugar, caramel, toasted nuts, dates, berries, citrus, stone fruits, chocolate, even some delicate florals.

Roasting and Shipping Schedule:
Coffee is roasted on Wednesdays. If you order anytime up until 12pm (noon) Tuesday, we will roast the next day and ship on Thursday. Orders received after 12pm (noon) Tuesday may not get roasted until the following week. If we have extra inventory, we will ship ASAP.
