Our first blend! We wanted to roast something approachable that happens to include great coffee from co-operative farms that is certified organic, a 'win win'.
Do you like coffee? You'll like this. Our goal with this blend is to keep all the good stuff Central and South American coffee has to offer with none of the bitterness or roastiness that's associated with inexpensive blends.

Roasting and Shipping Schedule:
Coffee is roasted on Wednesdays. If you order anytime up until 11pm Tuesday, we will roast the next day and ship on Thursday. Orders received after 11pm Tuesday may not get roasted until the following week. If we have extra inventory, we will ship ASAP.
