We wanted to roast something approachable that happens to include great coffee from small farms and this is it! Do you like coffee? Great, then you'll like this.
Our goal was to keep all the good stuff Central and South American coffee has to offer with none of the bitterness or roastiness that's associated with inexpensive blends. In addition to being a great coffee that tastes like coffee, it also makes a well balanced traditional espresso, or a great stovetop espresso/moka pot/Bialetti brew.

Roasting and Shipping Schedule:
Coffee is roasted on Thursdays. If you order anytime up until 12pm (noon) Wednesday, we will roast and ship the next day. Orders received after 12pm (noon) Wednesday may not get roasted until the following week. If we have extra inventory, we will ship ASAP.
