We're getting lots of sweet creamy milk chocolate and bright cherry acidity from this coffee, it's a fine example of a Guatemalan Caturra grown in a stunning setting.

The rich volcanic soil surrounding Lake Atitlán has provided grower Julio Pedro Herrera Herick and the Finca Pampojilá over 15 decades of ideal and dramatic growing conditions for 85 point (scoring) coffees.  The finca are members of the Association of Private Natural Reserves of Guatemala, an NGO committed to protecting and managing both public and private lands in a sustainable manner with a focus on conservation.

Roasting and Shipping Schedule:

Coffee is roasted on Wednesdays. If you order anytime up until 12pm (noon) Tuesday, we will roast the next day and ship on Thursday. Orders received after 12pm (noon) Tuesday may not get roasted until the following week. If we have extra inventory, we will ship ASAP.
