We're excited to offer our first fresh crop Costa Rican natural process coffee of the season! We had the pleasure of meeting Jose Antonio in New York at a Costa Rica Microlot Cupping with our importer. Jose Antonio is the Coffee Manager at Coopro Naranjo and also owns Finca Fasoli. We tasted dozens of naturally processed Costa Rican coffees at this event and this one was hands-down our unanimous favorite. This one is a classic blueberry bomb. Very fruity and very sweet!

This lot was sourced as part of the Cattleya project (formerly known as the Las Lomas project) between Coop Naranjo and Royal Coffee New York. This project was designed to provide larger lots of superior-quality coffee that is traceable and sustainable. Producers work closely with agronomists to determine the optimal time for cherry harvesting and pick coffee for this lot at the peak of the harvest. This project offers competitive pricing for participating members, rewarding those who work hard to produce high quality coffee. Roasting and Shipping Schedule:
Coffee is roasted on Thursdays. If you order anytime up until 12pm (noon) Wednesday, we will roast the next day and ship on Friday. Orders received after 12pm (noon) Wednesday may not get roasted until the following week. If we have extra inventory, we will ship ASAP.
